Raffy
FreshFruityLong finish
Raffy is the rosé from Casa alle Vacche, created from a blend of Tuscan grapes vinified as white wine. It's a fresh, elegant wine, ideal for “summer but perfect all” year round. A gastronomic, modern, and refined rosé.
Tasting Notes
Light pink color with cherry reflections. The bouquet is intense and fruity, with hints of peach, currant jam, musk, and a touch of bitter honey and iris. On the palate, it's fresh, lively, with a balanced sapidity that invites a second sip.
Food Pairings
Risottos, fish soups, shellfish, grilled white meats, pizza. Fantastic also with raw fish and meat, summer aperitifs.
Why Choose It
Raffy is the rosé that combines tradition with contemporary style. It's perfect for those seeking a light but not ordinary wine, to be enjoyed casually during an informal lunch or an elegant aperitif. Its versatility makes it a perfect companion for Mediterranean cuisine.
