Tasting Notes
Deep and intense ruby red. The bouquet is dominated by ripe wild berries, spices and a delicate note of vanilla. On the palate, it is warm, savory and deep, with a long and persistent finish reminiscent of jam and sweet spices. A wine to chew, not just to drink.

Grilled meats, game, aged cheeses, mixed roasts. Also excellent with spicy dishes and braised meats.

- Vinification: Traditional red wine maceration with initial stay at 20°C, punching down and pumping over for at least 15 days with temperature control at 30°C. After racking, transfer to medium-sized oak barrels for at least 12 months.
