Ours is an authentic Tuscan cuisine, made with real flavors, local ingredients, and recipes passed down through generations. Each dish tells the story of our deep connection with the land, our garden’s harvest, and our house-made wines.
In winter, we welcome you in our rustic dining room warmed by the fireplace, overlooking the hills of San Gimignano. In summer, dining moves outdoors, under the shade of cypress trees, in a garden that breathes the essence of Tuscany.
All our menus are based on fresh, local products, with dishes that change according to the countryside’s rhythms. Upon request, we prepare menus for vegetarians, celiacs, and those with food intolerances.

Throughout the year, we follow the rhythm of the land with themed weekends and seasonal events: from the End of Harvest Festival in October, to How Good is the New Oil in November, to Welcome Vernaccia between February and March.
